- eLearning Specialist - Full Time Contract

DescriptionThe eLearning specialist role incorporates many aspects of education development and delivery, with a particular emphasis on eLearning development and delivery. We are looking for someone who is very creative and is able to look beyond what’s already been developed. Responsibilities and Duties - Working with subject matter experts (SMEs), develop new and existing courses for our clients.
- Lead the needs analysis, design, development and evaluation of training initiatives in all media
- Create visual layouts in Adobe creative suite
- Create storyboards for software simulations.
- Build instructor led training
- Build elearning in Storyline and Rise
- Build videos using Vyond – formerly known as GoAnimate
- Maintain the necessary project documentation and records
- Proactively resolve project issues
- Participate in other technology projects, as required
- You must be located in the Greater Toronto Area and be prepared to work onsite in Mississauga should the need arise.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years experience working as an eLearning developer working in sophisticated corporate environments
- Must have post-secondary education related to technology, instructional design or visual arts
- Excellent ability in Adobe creative suites, specifically Illustrator
