Export Development Canada (EDC) is export credit agency wholly owned by the Government of Canada. EDC’s mandate is to support and develop Canadian companies to enter new markets, reduce financial risks and provides an opportunity for businesses of all sizes to grow internationally. EDC currently supports more than 24,000 customers in 200 markets worldwide.
The Project | Online Testing and Certification
For over 15 years, Euphoria has helped EDC to develop many internal technical and language training and certification programs for their employees to maintain service excellence. Working hand-in-hand with the training team, these programs have been delivered using Euphoria’s proprietary inhouse platform to facilitate testing and certifications across the company.
